How to deliver the article to Bronline?

Bronline may under certain conditions buy the article directly from the seller instead of placing the article on auction.
What happens if problems become evident after the purchase?
If there are problems with the vehicle after purchase, contact our client services. All complaints must be presented in writing and therefore we ask that complaints are sent by e-mail to the address complaints@bronline.com.

What happens when the auction is over?
Within 24 hours after the end of the auction we will contact the winner to agree on a time and manner on how to take delivery of the article. Upon delivery, the article becomes the possession of the buyer. The seller is paid after the seller pays the commission fee.
What is countdown?
All auctions have an end time. When the end time is reached and there are no offers within 3 minutes, the auction is over. If during the 3 minutes a new offer is made, the auction period is extended by an additional 3 minutes to give interested parties time to respond.
